Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) assumed operation of the Mason Water System in March 2002. GCWW supplies more than 48 billion gallons of water a year to about 235,000 residential and commercial accounts. Mason businesses and residences are supplied with water from the Shaker Creek Aquifer, which is purified at the Mason Treatment Plant.

City of Mason Stormwater Utility

Since its inception in 2001, the City of Mason has been leading the way in implementing a regional stormwater management program that complies with the U.S. EPA’s updated stormwater regulations.
