Meet the press. The bench press, that is! Come ready to go to the max in our first bench press competition. Please warm up and stretch before your scheduled competition time. All competitors must be at least 15 years old and be a current Community Center member.

Heaviest single rep weight pressed and the most repetitions of 75% body-weight for men and 50% body-weight for women will be crowned the competition winners for the year. Competitors will have two attempts at the maximum single weight competition and the body weight repetitions. Both attempts will be made within 15 minutes. Male, female, and masters division titles will be announced. Sign up at the fitness desk.
