New to group fitness? Want some direction? Need help improving your problem areas? The FitQuest circuit challenge can help! See how many times you can complete the circuit in 10 minutes. A group fitness instructor will time you and analyze your performance, then suggest which of our many diverse group exercise programs will help you improve and achieve your fitness goals. Come back in 6 weeks for a follow-up challenge to see how much you’ve improved and be entered into a drawing for a free massage at our Spa. All levels welcome.
