	The construction of a new water main in Main Street will kick off the 2nd phase of the Downtown Revitalization efforts. A 12-inch water main will be installed in the north lane of Main Street from Forrest Avenue to Mason-Montgomery Road and in the east lane of Reading Road from Main Street to First Avenue.
	July - October 2006 Water Main Replacement Project Water main in the north lane of Main Street will be replaced. Westbound traffic will be detoured down Mason-Montgomery Road while the eastbound traffic lane will remain open through downtown.
