This spring, the full streetscape revitalization will begin as the third phase of the project. Conduit for the underground utilities will be placed in the sidewalks as they are replaced. On-street parking will be installed on West Main Street from Reading to Mason-Montgomery Road. The plaza will be constructed and the new left turn lanes will be built.
