Weekly Update - June 25, 2008

CONSTRUCTION NEWS:

• Cincinnati Bell has begun removing the remaining poles.
• Upon the completion of the pole removal, the City of Mason will schedule the contractor to return and complete the remaining work, including the final course of pavement and striping.
• Mainline continued repairing wall damage caused by a vehicle at Gary’s Barbershop.

NOTES OF INTEREST:

• This week, it was announced that all of the world’s top tennis stars will play the Western & Southern Financial Group Masters beginning on July 25 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason. The tournament, which has always called Greater Cincinnati its home, was originally held at the Avondale Athletic Club in 1899. It is currently the oldest tennis tournament played in its original city in the United States.
