Weekly Update - July 9, 2008

CONSTRUCTION NEWS:

• Mainline continues installation of the remaining sidewalk, curb, and paver areas.
• Mainline continues work on punch list items.
• Surface course asphalt paving is scheduled for the week of July 14th.

NOTES OF INTEREST:

• Mason has been the place to beat the heat for over two decades, housing Mason’s own outdoor Lou Eves Municipal Pool, The Beach Waterpark, Kings Island’s Boomerang Bay Waterpark Resort (originally named Waterworks,) and now Great Wolf Lodge. The Beach Waterpark opened in 1984, Kings Island opened Waterworks in 1989, and Great Wolf Lodge opened in 2006. The city pool opened in 1995.
