Calendar Photo Contest

2011 Calendar Photo Contest Rules
- Only photographs will be accepted, either color or black and white. Printed photos should be unmounted 5" x 7" professionally processed photos or larger. Please do not submit photos printed on a home computer or photo printer, as these are unsuitable for reproduction. Digital photos should be JPEG or TIFF format and must be 300 dpi and at least 7" on the longest dimension.
- Photographs become the property of the City of Mason once they have been submitted. No photographs will be returned.
- The contest is open to anyone, but photos must be taken within the city limits of Mason, Ohio.
- Photos must have been taken in 2009 or later. Photos from all seasons are encouraged.
- No compensation will be offered to winning photographers or for photos used elsewhere by the city. Winning entries will be used in the 2011 calendar.
- Photos must be received by May 15, 2010. They should be marked to the attention of "Calendar Photo Contest" and may be brought to the customer service counter at the Mason Municipal Center, placed in the drop box on the passenger drop-off drive at the Mason Municipal Center, or mailed to Calendar Photo Contest, Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason OH 45040. Digital photos can also be emailed to pio@masonoh.org. Please be sure to include the required information from the official entry form in the body of your email.
- Your name must be clearly printed on the back of the photo or on the digital medium. An official entry form must accompany your entry.
Photos for the 2011 calendar contest will be accepted until May 15, 2010. |
