City Budget
The Budget Plan is an annual document that reflects City Council's priorities for the coming year. It also details city revenues and expenditures, debt management, capital project planning, and line item budgeting for each department.
The budget is not an automatic approval of the projects listed, but a guide for spending. This allows Council to maintain the flexibility during the year to add or delete projects as the needs of the city change, while also providing for extensive project planning.
