Mason Police Teach Self Defense

Get hands-on training and learn low-level moves as you learn the basics of self defense from Mason police Sergeants Jerome Deidesheimer and Jeremy Saylor. They will conduct a 2-hour presentation at Mason Community Center that includes home, vehicle, and personal safety.

Adults 18 and up are invited to participate. Two sessions will be held. The first is at 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 23. The second is at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 11. Attendance at only one session is necessary, as both classes will be the same.

Please register now for the February class and by March 4 for the March 11 class. Registration is $9 for Mason Community Center Premier members, $10 for Basic members, $13 for non-member Mason residents, and $15 for all others.
