Use our online tax tool to calculate your taxes. Just enter the requested information and the tool will calculate your taxes and fill in a tax form for you. Most full-year residents will then be able to file and pay (if taxes are due) electronically. (Please print a copy for your records.)
If you are not eligible to file electronically, you can print the completed form, sign it and attach the appropriate documentation, and send it in. Please print an extra copy for your records.
Use our Form IR-EZ to fill in your tax form and file and pay your taxes electronically. You can also attach your federal form 1040 and W-2.
Who Can Use Form IR-EZ?
The EZ form is for residents who have only very basic W-2 income. It may be used by residents and part-year residents who have up to four W-2s, but only if each W-2 shows local tax withheld for only one city. Please note that this form does not perform any calculations.
*NOTE: Some residents have reported that the PDF generated by the tax tool and Form IR-EZ have not opened correctly in Internet Explorer or Chrome. You may wish to use Firefox to prepare your return or to review the information from Adobe on adjusting your browser settings.
