Brian has over 5 years experience as a trainer and is a certified by the International Sports and Science Association. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and over 23 years experience in the fire service. With a focus on Core Training and Safety, Brian advocates the five principle components of fitness as Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Sound Nutrition, Flexibility, and a Positive Attitude.
