Chrissy manages programming at the Mason Community Center. She oversees Kids Korner, Aquatics, Group Exercise, and recreation programs hosted at the center.

Chrissy has a Bachelor’s degree in Park, Recreation and Tourism Resources—with an emphasis on Natural-Based Recreation—and a Master’s degree in Recreation Administration from Michigan State University. She also earned certification as a Park and Recreation Professional from the National Park and Recreation Association. Prior to joining the Mason Community Center, Chrissy served as a green space coordinator for Clinton County, Michigan; a nature day camp director, and as park ranger for Ingham County Parks, Michigan. She has also been an historic house interpreter at Fort Mackinac on Mackinac Island, Michigan.

Dane serves as coordinator for the following sports programs: adult basketball league, Reds Rookie Success League, adult flag football, summer sports camps, adult softball league, tennis, and youth basketball. He also oversees activities for the rock climbing wall and the food vendors at the city's annual Red, Rhythm & Boom Independence Day celebration.

Dane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Memphis. Prior to joining the Mason Community Center, Dane served as sports recreation manager for the Connersville, Indiana, Parks Department.

Kelly supervises the fitness area and runs the personal training, post rehabilitation, and Live Well in Mason programs.

Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Kelly’s area of focus in college was childhood obesity and community wellness. During college, Kelly worked for the Miami University Intramural Department, coordinating intramural sports and activities. After graduation, she was an Exercise Physiologist at NovaCare Rehabilitation, where she helped rehab patients after injury.  Certifications include: AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Keiser Group Cycling Certified Instructor, TRX Certified Trainer, and Certified GTS Gravity Trainer.

Steve oversees parks and recreation facility operations throughout the city, with his primary responsibilities being the Mason Community Center and the Lou Eves Municipal Pool. 

Steve earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Missouri State University. He has more than 20 years of parks and recreation experience, including positions at the federal, state, county, and municipal levels. During that time, he worked in natural and cultural resources management, criminal justice (as a park ranger), aquatics (as a swim teacher, life guard, and facility manager), programming, and park and recreation facility management.

Feliz oversees the operations and programs for the community center’s two indoor pools and the city’s outdoor pool, including the Manta Rays Masters, Mason Water Moccasins swim team, and swim lessons from the Mason Swim Academy.

Feliz started her swimming career at the age of 10 and swam competitively through college, winning numerous records in both swimming and water polo. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Westminster College.

Prior to becoming the Aquatics Program Supervisor, Feliz taught swim lessons to children and adults with a range of abilities from beginner to expert, was a Junior Varsity Coach for the Mason High School swim team, coached Manta Ray Masters and SwimFit programs, was head coach for the Mason Water Moccasins, and was an assistant coach to Mason High School's water polo team. She has been involved in the Mason Manta Rays program since 2005.

Feliz continues to compete in Masters' meets and Open Water swims.

Lacey oversees new membership sales and marketing/corporate relations. Additionally, she coordinates the implementation of new membership packages and the Premier Membership program and incentives.

Lacey earned a Bachelor of Art degree in History from Western Kentucky University. She is an alumni member of the Phi Eta Sigma and Gamma Beta Phi academic fraternities as well as Alpha Omicron Pi International Women's Fraternity.  Lacey joined the Mason Community Center upon college graduation.

Dana supervises membership services; the customer service desk; the Mason store and post office; and the senior center, gymnastics and post rehab programs. 

Dana graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Services. Prior to joining the Mason Community Center, she served as recreation and front desk supervisor for the TriHealth Pavilion in Blue Ash, Ohio, where she was responsible for overseeing youth, adult, and senior programs.
