Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Morehead State University. In 2008, she was the Director of Aquatics for Key Lime Cove, an indoor water park and resort in Gurnee, Illinois. She supervised the lifeguard staff, pool maintenance, and restaurant service. In 2011, Lisa was the Senior Director at the M. E. Lyons YMCA in Cincinnati and supervised fitness, aquatics, personal training, camps, and membership. Most recently, she was the General Manager at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Springdale. Lisa brings a variety of experience to our facility and supervises Community Center programming and events..
Many visitors to Mason Community Center know Chrissy through her work at the center. She began her career with the City of Mason in 2006 as a Program Supervisor following completion of her Master's Degree at Michigan State University. She was promoted to Recreation Manager in 2010 and to Director in 2014. She in a certified Park and Recreation Professional from the National Park and Recreation Association.
Chrissy has been instrumental in increasing programming opportunities at Mason Community Center and throughout the city. Her role in the daily operations of the center has been significant to its overall financial success, including developing partnerships with local businesses to build programming. She has overseen large city events and served on the board of Festivals of Mason.
As Parks & Recreation Director, Chrissy oversees the operations of Mason Community Center and park events.
Frank supervises youth and adult recreational sports programs for the City of Mason. Frank graduated from the University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Sport Management. Prior to joining the City of Mason, he was an Athletic Director and Program Supervisor for the Tuscaloosa Park and Recreation Authority in Alabama, where he worked since 2008, supervising various youth and adult athletic programs.
Dan supervises community outreach for the City of Mason. Dan graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration. Prior to joining the City of Mason, he assisted in running events and promotions for the Cincinnati Reds. Most recently, he was a Customer Service Coordinator for Miami University where he supervised food and beverage for athletic events.
Keith assists with achieving both operational and financial goals at Mason Community Center. He also oversees Meet Me on Main Café.
Keith earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University in June, 2013. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Management, an Associate of Science in Marketing, and an Associate’s Degree in General Insurance. Previously, he worked in risk management for an insurance carrier. He is a member of the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants, a global association that provides resources and accreditation to professionals who seek to optimize efficiencies and profit for small businesses.
Dana supervises membership services; the customer service desk; the Mason store and post office; and the senior center.
Dana graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Services. Prior to joining the Mason Community Center, she served as recreation and front desk supervisor for the TriHealth Pavilion in Blue Ash, Ohio, where she was responsible for overseeing youth, adult, and senior programs.
Katie supervises enrichment programming for the City of Mason. Katie earned a degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern University and is also licensed by Ohio Department Job and Family Services as a day care administrator. Prior to working for the City of Mason, Katie served as a children’s director supervising family activities and youth classes and also taught preschool and 5th-8th grade science. Programs under Katie’s supervision include Summer Camps, Little Feet Learning Center, SwimAmerica, etc.
Amy Jo oversees membership sales and marketing, the customer service center, the sym•bi•o•sis store and postal unit, the senior center and Kid’s Korner.
Amy Jo attended Miami University and has a wide range of experience in retail sales and marketing. Prior to joining Mason Community Center, she was a Senior Buyer for Berean Christian Stores, where she directed the gift, jewelry, apparel, and card departments for the chain of 18 stores in 7 states. Her experience also includes work as a southwestern Ohio sales representative in the gift industry and as a consultant to a variety of businesses to assist with their marketing and operations efforts.
