Fitness Classes and Programs
Jump start your fitness routine with an intense, high-energy workout in one of our group exercise programs, led by certified instructors in our three spacious exercise studios. Classes are available for all fitness levels—from the individual just beginning to exercise to the regular class participant.
No matter if you are trying to achieve aerobic endurance or muscular strength, our extensive schedule of drop-in group exercise classes offers an option for you. Drop-in classes are free for Premier members; a small fee is required for Basic members. Non-members can access all our drop-in group exercise classes as part of our day pass. No pre-registration is required for Drop-in classes.
We also offer a variety of fitness programs to suit your tastes and needs. Choices include boot camps, yoga, aquatics and classes for kids. Fitness sessions are held over a series of weeks and require pre-registration. Each program is fee-based.

Our fitness center is equipped with a full line of exercise equipment. Interested in using our fitness machines or weights but unsure how to operate the equipment? Schedule a Fitness Center Orientation over the phone at 513.229.8555 ext. 5546. Orientations cover how to use the Precor™ treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, and cycles, as well as the Icarian™ line of selectorized weight equipment and the Hammer Strength™ machines.
*Instructor or personal trainer must accompany you when using the TRX and Total Gym-GTS.
Clinical Exercise in the Warm Water Therapy Pool
Looking to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning in a high-resistance, low-impact environment? Our warm-water therapy pool is ideal for a wide variety of individuals and injuries. A Certified Athletic Trainer will work with you one-on-one to help you achieve your goals.
