The health and safety of our members is our number one priority. Following are guidelines for what to wear to get the most from your aerobic workout:

  • Soft-soled gym shoes (except in water aerobics and yoga). No sandals, heeled shoes, boots, etc.
  • Shorts, T-shirts, light clothing. (No jeans, scrubs, skirts, and heavy clothing.)
  • A swimsuit for water aerobics.

In addition,

  • No hand weights and/or ankle weights are to be used during the aerobic portion of any class.
  • Participants are limited to a maximum of two sets of risers for all step classes.
  • As a courtesy to other participants, please turn off all cellular phones, beepers, and pagers prior to the start of class.

All classes are open to ages 12 and up.
