Beginners (age 8 and older)
This class covers basic gymnastic skills on the floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Students will learn to put the skills together to form a routine. Conditioning and flexibility are also introduced at this level.

Advanced Beginners (age 8 and older)
Students in this class have some gymnastics experience and have mastered the basic skills in the Beginners class. They should be able to perform all beginners’ routines. This class will provide a greater challenge on the floor, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault.

Intermediate (age 8 and older)
Students in this class have mastered the skills in both Beginners and Advanced Beginners and are working on back handsprings. Higher level skills and routines, as well as fitness, flexibility, and strength, will be taught. Students will train two days a week.

Advanced (age 8 and older)
Prerequisite: Students must be able to perform a round off back handspring, back roll extension, handstand forward roll, a glide kip on bars, and a handstand on beam.
Students in this class have mastered Beginner through Intermediate skills and routines and are able to do round off back handsprings. This group of students will comprise a precompetitive team and will compete in non-sanctioned USAG meets. Students will train two days a week.
