Tiny Tumblers (age 3)
Your child will learn to follow directions without the assistance of a parent and focus on basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, headstands, and backbends. He or she will also work on circuit training and be introduced to the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.
Jumping Jacks (ages 4-5)
Your child will improve gross motor skills, flexibility and coordination through circuit training and will have the opportunity to put the skills together to form a small routine. He or she will also be introduced to the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.
Sassy Sixes and Sevens (ages 6-7)
Students will work on gymnastics drills, conditioning and routines similar to those introduced in the Beginners and Advanced Beginners Gymnastics classes and will continue to improve on basic gymnastic skills, flexibility and strength.
Advanced Tumbling (age 8 and older)
Prerequisite: Students must be able to perform cartwheels, handstands, front walkovers, back walkovers, front limbers, back roll extensions, front handsprings, and standing and round-off back handsprings.
This class will help the student reach his or her ultimate fitness and tumbling levels. Beginner and intermediate skills will be reviewed and many new skills will be introduced. This class will be high-energy, motivating and fun, and is highly recommended for competition squads, tumbling squads, youth, and young adults wanting to reach their tumbling goals.
