City Offices and Community Center are Closed

Residents with an Emergency please call 9-1-1. As a result of Governor’s Stay at Home Order in effect until May 1, 2020 the Mason Community Center, the Post Office located inside the Community Center, and all other City facilities are closed.

The City has re-prioritized resources to critical operations including Fire, Police, Wastewater, and Pandemic Daycare operations.

Residents will see a reduction in the services they have come to enjoy as we prioritize our response to conserve resources. For instance, brush removal services have been postponed, restrooms in the parks are closed, mowing in the parks will occur less frequently just to mention a few. The tax filing deadline has been extended to July 15. Tax preparation has been discontinued. Tax and Community Center program refunds will be delayed.

Mason Community Center memberships have been placed on an automatic hold and will not be billed while the Community Center is closed.  There is no action needed by members at this time. Guests registered for programs, birthday parties, room rentals, and other similar transactions that did not take place will be provided with the choice to either transfer their registration to the next session/available date, receive a household credit for future use, or receive a check refund.  Staff will initiate this process with guests.  There is no action needed by guests at this time. Please email communitycenter@masonoh.org with questions.

We are answering calls and emails periodically and as a result responses will be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
