State of Ohio

Warren County Health Department

At this time, vaccinations are being distributed through avenues determined by the State of Ohio.  The City is not involved in the distribution of vaccines at the time.  We are working with the Warren County Health Department and health care providers in Mason to learn more about the distribution plan. With the limited vaccine availability, we ask for your patience as more doses become available.

The Health Department is asking those who live or work in Warren County and fall in the group Phase 1B, which includes individuals 80 years and older, to click here and complete the Registration Form – be sure to provide an email.  When a vaccination becomes available, they will contact you.

The Warren County Health District will be offering a vaccine to specific groups as designated by CDC and the State of Ohio, as quickly as the vaccine is distributed. The following describes the current scheduled distribution plan.

Phase 1A includes:

Direct Healthcare providers and long-term care congregate facilities.
