
Mason Community Center offers a variety of opportunities to get connected to fitness and health.
The Community Center offers group exercise classes daily. The drop-in group exercise schedule is available online. Drop-in group exercise classes are included with Premier membership.

The Community Center offers equipment orientations, personal training, InBody scans, nutrition assessments, yoga assessments, and nutrition consultations. Personal trainers will assess your current fitness level and coach you through an affective and safe program tailored to fit your needs. Fitness and health programs are available for teens through seniors. Visit the Membership Services Desk to set up an appointment time for these services or complete the online fitness form and email the Community Center fitness staff.
As a Premier member, you receive two free fitness assessments, two free InBody scans, one free nutrition assessment, and one free yoga assessment.

Work out on your own schedule in our spacious fitness area – open 365 days a year. Or you can join an exercise class in one of our five group exercise studios or walk or run year-round on our air-conditioned track.

Walk or run our indoor 4-lane track overlooking the gymnasium, field house, climbing wall, and pool. On the inner lane, 11 laps = 1 mile, on the outer lane 9 = 1 mile You’ll always have a place to put some miles on, no matter what the weather!
