Knowing where you started and how you’re strengthening your body can be great incentives to continue your fitness program. To help you track your results and see how your hard work is paying off, we offer fitness assessments with our certified staff. Assessments include: heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio respiratory fitness, and flexibility.
Assessments are recommended every three to six months or at the start of an exercise routine. A full assessment takes approximately one hour. Please wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing.
