The Mason Community Center Group Exercise Program offers a wide variety of fitness class sessions taught by nationally certified instructors. The programs will help you achieve your fitness goals and perform to your highest potential over a number of weeks. The benefits of signing up for a fitness class are the commitment you make to a session and each class builds on the one before it for maximum effectiveness. Each session is fee-based.
