Teens will love The Edge, an area of the Community Center designed with them in mind. A climbing wall is surrounded by a variety of exergames to provide plenty of active fun.
In addition to the climbing wall and exergaming, we offer fitness classes specifically designed for teens and tweens.

Are you getting ready for a sport, in the off-season, or just trying to stay in shape? Hang in there and get a focused strength, endurance, and agility workout in a circuit style format using the TRX Suspension Training System.
Enhance your sports performance by enrolling in Teen GRIT! Geared towards youth athletes, this workout will tone and raise each participant’s fitness level. High intensity interval training (HIIT) will take you into overdrive to go hard, push harder, and get fit super-fast! These short, sharp, demanding workouts combine body weightlifting, running, and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism, and power.
