The regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, November 7 at 7 p.m. has been rescheduled to Tuesday, November 14 at 7 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Mason Municipal Center located at 6000 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040.

City of Mason offices will be closed on Thursday in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Mason Community Center will be open from 6 a.m. to noon with access to the fitness floor, indoor walking track, gymnasium and locker rooms.

On Monday, November 27, 2017 Mason City Council will host a reception beginning at 6 p.m. to honor outgoing City Council members Charlene Pelfrey and Don Prince. The regularly scheduled Council meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and will take place in Council Chambers located inside Mason Municipal Center at 6000 Mason Montgomery Road.

Residents who recently moved into the City of Mason or the Mason City School District are invited to meet other new residents and learn more about the area during the Community Center’s New Resident Coffee. The coffee is being hosted by Community Basket representative Carrie Monley and is sponsored by the City of Mason and the Mason Deerfield Chamber.
The coffee will be held at the Mason Community Center on the first Wednesday of each month beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Mason Community Center is located at 6050 Mason-Montgomery Road. Refreshments will be provided by Meet Me on Main Café and tours of the Community Center will be included. Those in attendance will also receive a one-day family pass to the Community Center. Children are invited to participate in Kids Korner “free” while parents learn more about the City of Mason.
